One trusted fencing and gate contractor for every school in your trust
Running the estates function across a whole trust is hard enough without vetting a new fencing contractor for every site. Different quality, different paperwork, different people on site, and the safeguarding checks to worry about each time.
We make that part simple. Airedale Fencing works as a single accredited, vetted partner across your entire estate, so once you have us set up, every school in the trust is covered by the same team, the same standards and the same compliant paperwork. We have already secured 300+ schools, and we are backed by 35+ years’ experience in the trade.
One approved contractor across every site
Instead of sourcing a fencing company locally each time a project comes up, you get one contractor you can call on for any school in the trust. We hold the accreditations, the insurances and the vetting centrally, so onboarding us once means every site is ready to go. No repeating due diligence, no unknown quantities turning up at the school gate.
Our installation team is fully in-house. We do not use subcontractors, so the people who arrive at your schools are our people, known to us and accountable to us on every job.
Safeguarding and vetting you can rely on
Every member of our installation team is Enhanced DBS checked, and they carry recognised site cards (CSCS, ADIA, ECS or GateSafe). We are used to working on live school sites and understand what safeguarding around children actually means in practice.
You get the reassurance of the same vetted team across the whole estate, with paperwork you can put in front of a governor or an auditor without a second thought.
Framework and procurement friendly
We know MAT procurement runs on evidence, not promises. We are CHAS and SSIP accredited, ADIA and GateSafe members, and local authority approved. We supply full RAMS, insurances and compliant documentation as standard, so your finance and estates teams have what they need for framework and tender requirements without chasing us for it.
Consistent spec and finish across your estate
When you standardise on one contractor, your school fencing and gates start to look and perform the same everywhere. Same specifications, same materials, same quality of finish, whether it is a primary in one town or a secondary in another. That consistency makes budgeting more predictable and makes the estate easier to maintain over time.
Planned, phased works across sites and budgets
Very few trusts can do everything at once, and you should not have to. We are happy to plan and phase works across multiple schools and multiple budget years, prioritising the sites that need attention first and scheduling the rest around your funding.
We are also term-time aware. We plan the disruptive work for holidays and quieter periods wherever we can, so learning carries on and the site stays safe while we are there.
One point of contact who knows your sites
You get a single point of contact who knows your trust, your schools and your history with us. No re-explaining the estate every time, no starting from scratch. As we complete more work across your sites, we build up a picture of what is where and what is coming next, which makes each future project quicker to scope and quote.
Fencing and gates handled together, in-house
Most school projects need more than fencing. We install and automate gates in-house as part of the same job, including the groundworks, so you are not coordinating separate trades or waiting on someone else to finish before your site is secure. One contractor, one programme, one accountable team from start to finish.
